10 stars! The staff is exceptional! Tom had trade in price, out the door bottom price in minutes! Much easier than any other dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, just good people. They don't act like sales people at all! All paperwork was ready to sign, took only 5 minutes.
