This past weekend we were looking for sway bars to take our camper up north. We called here and talked to Jared and he went above and beyond. He stayed late to put them together for us and had them ready to go so all be had to do was hitch up! He made sure we got exactly what we needed and made sure we knew how it worked. Truly a "5-Star" experience! We can't say enough about our experience at Price Right. From the service to the friendly staff, Price Right surpassed our expectations on every level. For months, we researched the travel trailer that we wanted, and Price Right, by far, offered the best price. The purchasing/finance experience was a breeze, and they out did themselves working to satisfy all of our special requests. We could have easily purchased the same travel trailer just 20 minutes from our home in Brownstown, but instead, we made the decision to travel to Dewitt, an almost 2 hour drive from our home. (Now, they have a site in Sterling Heights). We had the need to communicate with them multiple times (via email) during the purchase of our travel trailer, and their responses were always immediate and detailed. Our family recently purchased a Cherokee Greywolf 26DBH from Tom Sanford at Price Right RV. We were referred by a friend after her excellent experience and ended up having a great experience, too. From easy and hassle free financing to a great "starter kit" full of everything we beginners needed for our first camping experience as new travel trailer owners, we definitely felt well taken care of. They answered all of our questions, provided an awesome walk through before pulling off of the lot with our new rig, and have responded promptly to the questions that have come up since we've left. I have a brand new 2017 45' 16500lb toyhauler that I purchased lateFall. With my son coming home for christmas 2016 it was our plan for his family and dogs would live in the rv that has the 4 season artic package. With this being our plan, the rv was not winterized at purchase. As cold weather set in I began heating the rv with the furnace. I ran the furnace for about 3 weeks going thru about 6 30lb lp tanks. Everything was fine u til 21 Dec when the furnace quit working. With the snow I was not able to get the rv out of its location to take to dealership I bought it from, so I called my dealer and they do not have a mobile service so they called to find one and they found Price Right RV. They had already spoken to Karri in service for sometime and the mobile technician who is on vacation in Washington state. Karri and the mobile tech on vacation did everything g they could to assist my dealership with assisting me. I performed all simple possible fixes that karie told my dealer and they were unsuccessful. I called my dealer back and they pushed me to Price Right RV bease they said they were out of options to assist. I called Karri at Price Right RV on Friday 23 Dec and she assisted me on the phone for more than 1 1/2 hours trying to troubleshoot and fix the furnace. It is now about 330 in the afternoon and Karri said let me call your dealer to see what can be done so she called My dealer who told her again, they are out of options. Karri called me back and we spent more time on the phone with the ONLY technician left at work that preholiday day and her and Glen worked with me more to get the furnace running. Now we were still unsuccessful and it was around 430. This is the time most are go e home on this holiday friday. Karri said,Glen will be there tonight to assist. It is Friday night De ember 23rd at 730pm with full darkness and almost freezing temperatures when Glen from Price Right RV shows up at my house. He works my furnace for an hour and determines how to get the furnace working temporarily but needed.. - Rich
Great experience!!! Jeff sold us our 2017 Cherokee travel trailer. He took care of everything so that we can swing in, go through the checklist and head straight for the campground!! We had a small issue with the A/C and spoke with Mark in service. He did a great job at trying to troubleshoot the problem and followed up with a solution. The GM, Tom made sure everything was taken care of!! We will recommend your dealership to everyone!!! Thank you!! We love our new trailer!!! - Cheri

Although I did not purchase a vehicle through Price Right, I had an incredible experience. I am from out of town, and the sales team worked with me to get a great price guarantee on the car (as long as the car checked out for me, obviously) which gave me peace of mind to drive 4 hours one way to look at the car. I ended up finding a car locally at the last minute, but was absolutely going to drive to this dealership. I called several local businesses to ask about Price Right and they gave the business outstanding recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough and I didn't even buy anything there! Do yourself a favor, and buy something from Price Right, you won't regret it and they will treat you fair. 5 stars. - Alex
Price Right Rv is one of the best in the business. We have bought two RV's from this dealership. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure your happy.
They let you roam the grounds and look at campers at your leisure ( which I absolutely enjoy). When you find what you want. They will help you no matter what. We bought a travel trailer and traded up to a 5th wheel three years later. We have always had a very pleasant experience with all the staff.
If you looking for an RV, I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff at Price Right is Top Notch. Thank you Price Right.

I purchase 2 vehicles from Price Right in May, 2018 and worked with Jeff Every.The closing process took a little longer than expected, due to repairs required on one of the vehicles. As a local business owner, I have purchased many vehicles over the last 30 years and my experience with your dealership was outstanding. Jeff worked with me throughout the whole process, he was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. We fairly renegotiated based on repairs required.
