The Farm Bureau Pavilion on the Michigan State University campus offers ample indoor exhibit space, overhead clearance for RVs and boats, and dedicated loading and staging areas for move in and move out.

Exhibitors will receive specific move in doors, dock assignments, and staging instructions in the official packet from WLNS.

Use this overview to plan your presence. Final terms, pricing, and space assignments are confirmed directly through WLNS. Space is limited and assigned based on category, availability, and timely completion of paperwork and payment.

Electric service, internet, and additional furnishings are available through the venue or approved vendors. Details are included in the exhibitor packet.

Insurance requirements

Exhibitors must provide a certificate of insurance naming Young Broadcasting of Lansing Inc. (WLNS TV 6) and the Farm Bureau Pavilion at Michigan State University as additional insured for general and automobile liability.

Typical minimum coverage includes:

  • General liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage.
  • Automobile liability for any units or vehicles used inside the hall.
  • Workers compensation coverage as required by the State of Michigan.

Exact language, limits, and formatting will be specified in the exhibitor packet you receive from WLNS.

How to secure space

  1. Request the official Exhibitor Reservation Form from WLNS.
  2. Indicate your preferred booth size, product category, and contact details.
  3. Have your insurance agent issue a certificate with required additional insured language.
  4. Return the completed form and certificate, then arrange payment to WLNS TV 6.

On site guidelines

  • All displays must comply with local fire and safety codes.
  • Units must be parked, chocked, and powered according to floor staff direction.
  • Sound levels should remain reasonable out of respect for neighboring exhibitors.
  • No subleasing of space without written approval from event management.

WLNS and pavilion staff may adjust placement or restrict displays that pose a safety concern or disrupt traffic flow.
